   A title IV entity is certified to participate in U.S. 部门 Education title IV

Determination Examples

1. 该实体是一个教育机构认证参加标题IV计划.

• name of each participating institution
• program name and 凭证 to be awarded by each institution

There are three types of delivery methods:

标准的10.7 applies without exception. Institutions on Substantive Change Restriction would need to seek SACSCOC approval.

Site at which 25% to 49% of a program is delivered. Notification must be submitted prior to institution reaching the 25% threshold.

Name Change: Unique to the institution
